Veronica Soto

Veronica Soto is a Master Social Worker currently serving as a Care Coordinator, Acute SW II at Orlando Health since October 2022. Previously, Veronica held the position of Director of Social Services at Life Care Centers of America and worked as a social worker for Orange County Public Schools, focusing on mental health assessments and crisis interventions for students. Veronica's extensive experience at VITAS Healthcare included roles as a social worker and Medicaid case worker, where responsibilities involved financial assessments for hospice admissions and managing Medicaid applications.
