Taylor Hackett

Taylor Hackett possesses a robust background in hospitality and customer service, highlighted by roles in various organizations such as The Colonnade Group and UCF Athletics Association Inc. From August 2019 to March 2020, as FANgineer Club Manager, Taylor led a team on game days at the University of Central Florida. Taylor continued to excel in providing exceptional service as Knights Hospitality Lead from September 2020 to November 2023, serving as a liaison among various stakeholders during game days. Taylor's experience also includes roles with the Orlando Magic, where responsibilities ranged from Corporate Office Assistant to Corporate Office & Ownership Manager. With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and Event Management from the University of Central Florida, Taylor has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in operational and customer-facing roles across multiple athletic and recreational environments.
