Lynn Sedwick

Lynn Sedwick is a prominent tax partner at RSM US LLP since November 2013, with a wealth of experience in tax management, previously serving as a senior manager at Deloitte Tax, LLP from June 2002 to January 2013. Lynn has held significant leadership roles, including board member at Adventhealth Cancer Institute since January 2019, trustee at the Orlando Science Center since January 2021, and trustee at Florida Executive Women since January 2022. Additionally, Lynn was actively involved with Girls Incorporated of Memphis, serving as Board Chair from 2009 to 2011 and Treasurer from 2007 to 2009. Lynn’s earlier career included a managerial position at Arthur Andersen LLP from June 1994 to May 2002. Lynn holds a Master of Science in Taxation from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Charleston Southern University.
