Chris McCullion

Chris McCullion currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC - The Reliable One) since March 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held several positions at the City of Orlando from August 2005 to March 2024, including Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, City Treasurer, Assistant City Treasurer, Economic Development Manager, and Budget Analyst III. Chris's experience also includes working as an Investment Analyst and Management Analyst at the City of Gainesville from February 2000 to August 2005, and as a Constituent Services Administrative Aide in the Office of U.S. Senator Bob Graham from 1999 to 2000. Chris earned an MBA in Business Administration, a BSBA in Finance and Economics, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
