Justin Kramer

Justin Kramer has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Manager of Emerging Technologies at Orlando Utilities Commission since June 2015, where responsibilities include leading a team to research and implement new technologies. Previous roles at OUC include Emerging Technology Engineering Project Manager and Renewable Energy Project Manager, overseeing various innovative energy projects. As Project Manager at RCI Engineering, Inc., Justin manages the design and commissioning of diverse construction projects, including international endeavors. Earlier experience includes project management at Sustainable Energy Technologies LLC and research engineering at Florida State University, where Justin led student research on advanced energy systems. Justin holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
