Luz Aviles

Luz Aviles has extensive experience at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC - The Reliable One), serving in various leadership roles since May 1994, including Vice President of Customer Experience & Sales, Director of Sustainability, Director of Customer Service, Manager of Community Relations, and Manager of Customer Service. Luz began with OUC as an Administrator in the Customer Service Department and also held a position as a Human Resources Summer Intern. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the University of Central Florida.
