Roland Miller III

Roland Miller III is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity risk management and governance, currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity Risk and Governance (CISO) at Orlando Utilities Commission since May 2024. Prior to this role, Miller acted as a Cybersecurity Ambassador for Cyber Florida from July 2023 to June 2024, advocating for critical infrastructure security across multiple sectors. Additionally, a background includes serving as Director IT Strategy, Solutions, Security & Governance (CISO) and Deputy CIO at TECO Energy from April 2017 to June 2023 and Director of Global Information Security (CISO) at NextEra Energy, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing large teams and comprehensive security programs.
