Tom Gaboian

Tom Gaboian, PE, PMP, is a seasoned environmental compliance specialist at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC - The Reliable One) since June 2011, focusing on compliance with environmental programs such as coal combustion residual landfill regulations and hazardous waste management.
