Traci Evison, PHR, is an accomplished HR specialist with extensive experience in compensation, recruitment, and benefits management across various sectors. Currently serving as an HR Specialist for Compensation at Orlando Utilities Commission since June 2023, Traci has successfully updated over 700 position descriptions and established a comprehensive compensation architecture.
