Katherine Berdych Ruohomaki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client account management and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Senior Client Account Manager at Orlans Associates since 2013, Katherine oversees a team of seven, focusing on the maintenance and growth of key accounts while fostering customer relationships to ensure successful solution delivery. Previously, as a Senior Operations Manager, Katherine enhanced productivity and scalability through strategic operational procedures and team performance monitoring.
