Don P. Leduff

Don P. LeDuff has extensive work experience in various roles within the education and banking sectors. Don P. is currently the Chief Operations Officer at the Orleans Parish School Board, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Property Management from 2020 to 2023 and as the Executive Director of Student Access and District Initiatives from 2019 to 2020. Before joining the school board, Don worked at KIPP New Orleans, where they held the positions of Director of School Operations from 2017 to 2018, Dean of Operations & External Affairs from 2015 to 2017, and Business Operations Manager from 2012 to 2015. Don P. began their career at Liberty Bank & Trust Co. as a Commercial Lender from 2007 to 2012.

Don P. LeDuff completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of New Orleans in the year 2023. Prior to that, they attended Morehouse College from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
