Dudley C. Grady, Jr.'s work experience starts in 2012 as a Marketing and Outreach Assistant at New Orleans Video Access Center and later as an Account Executive at Brown Public Relations. In 2013, they worked as a Communications Intern at New Orleans & Company, a Customer Care Center Representative at Entergy, and a Student Missionary at North American Mission Board. In 2014, they became a Camp Director at RESET Ministries, Inc. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Associate Director of Enrollment Communications at the Recovery School District. In 2018, they joined Orleans Parish School Board as the Manager of Student and Family Services, later becoming the Facility Operations Director and the Director of Culture and Services. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Talent and Culture at Orleans Parish School Board. Additionally, they will be working as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University New Orleans starting in 2023.
