Kelli Jordan, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Starting in 2009, they worked as a School Psychologist for St. Bernard Parish Public Schools until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they held various roles in New Orleans College Prep, including Special Education Coordinator and Director of Special Education. In 2017, they started their own business, Dr. Kelli Jordan, LLC, as a Business Owner. Kelli then transitioned to the Orleans Parish School Board, where they held positions such as Director of Citywide Education Initiatives, Director of School Support and Improvement, Executive Director of School Support and Improvement, and currently serves as the Chief of School Support and Improvement.
Kelli Jordan, Ph.D., pursued their education starting from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hampton University. Kelli continued their academic journey at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Educational Psychology, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued their Ph.D. in School Psychology, completing it between 2005 and 2010 at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
