Shayla Hilaire Ed.d.

Shayla Hilaire, Ed.D. is the Chief Student Support Officer at Orleans Parish School Board since January 2014. Previously, Shayla held positions such as Chief of Exceptional Children’s Services and Chief of Innovation at St. Helena Parish School District. With a background in education and technology, Shayla has also worked as a Special Education Director and Supervisor of Special Education. Shayla Hilaire holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University.
