Grzegorz Filipiak

Grzegorz Filipiak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and process operations, currently serving as a Senior Production Process Operator at PKN ORLEN S.A. since January 2018. Responsibilities include DCS operation for a Siemens CCGT unit and maintenance duties at the Ovivo Water Treatment Station. Prior to this role, Grzegorz worked at Maintpartner Group, where involvement included the implementation of a Field Force Automation system and user support. At Fortum, key roles involved managing the Central Dispatching Team, optimizing processes, and leading the Automatic Meter Reading system in Poland. Earlier in the career, Grzegorz managed a local Deco Centre and sales team at SigmaKalon Deco Poland. Grzegorz holds an Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, obtained in 2003.
