Hardeep Johal

Hardeep Johal is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Product and Development at Orlo since August 2020. In addition, Hardeep has been a Non-Executive Director at Make Good Grow since September 2018. Previous roles include Head of Product at Upland Software and Head of Product Strategy for Upland Rant & Rave, from 2019 to 2020, as well as Product Manager and Senior Software Developer at Rant & Rave from 2005 to 2017. Hardeep also gained experience as a Software Developer at LT-accelerate in 2016. An alumnus of the University of Birmingham, Hardeep earned a BSc Hons in Computer Science from 2002 to 2005, with a strong track record of developing web and mobile applications for international FTSE 500 companies.
