OrloNow is building the AI Operating System for India’s neighbourhood commerce.

Quick commerce has already proved one thing: consumers want speed, reliability and convenience.

But the dominant model has a structural problem.

It depends on dark stores, duplicated inventory, heavy capital, and expensive fulfilment infrastructure.

India already has a better foundation.

14M kirana stores.
Dense neighbourhood demand.
Trusted local relationships.
Existing supply.
Existing proximity.

What is missing is intelligent coordination.

OrloNow coordinates demand, inventory, fulfilment and delivery capacity across neighbourhood clusters — helping local commerce behave like an intelligent network, not a fragmented set of individual stores.

Our model combines Meituan-style orchestration with Konbini-style trusted neighbourhood anchor stores.

At a cluster level, select high-performing kiranas evolve into strong fulfilment nodes, while nearby stores, consumers and riders are coordinated through AI-led demand and supply intelligence.

The result: quick-commerce-like convenience, without blindly copying the high-burn dark store model.

Every cluster becomes smarter over time.

The system learns what households buy, which stores can fulfil fastest, where demand is rising, which SKUs need better availability, and how delivery capacity should be deployed.

This creates a compounding intelligence flywheel for neighbourhood commerce.

OrloNow is not trying to replace kiranas.

We are building the coordination layer that helps them compete, grow and stay relevant in the age of instant commerce.

Our vision is simple:

Make neighbourhood commerce faster, smarter, more reliable and more profitable — while keeping local entrepreneurs at the centre of India’s retail future.

OrloNow is currently piloting dense neighbourhood clusters and building the AI backbone for Bharat’s next era of local commerce.
