Michelle Wright-Jurgaitis has extensive experience in operations management, serving as Vice President Operations and Director of Operations at ORLY International since January 2021. Formerly, Michelle held the position of General Manager at Elevation Labs from June 2018 to June 2020, overseeing dual-site manufacturing operations and implementing daily direction meetings. Prior to that, Michelle was General Manager at Classic Cosmetics, Inc., managing tri-site manufacturing and promoting efficiency through collaboration and process improvement from June 2012 to June 2018. Early career experience includes directing teams and managing marketing projects at Someone's In The Kitchen from 1989 to June 2012. Michelle has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and operational optimization skills throughout a diverse career.
