Adrian Wiggins is a Project Geologist at Ormat Technologies, Inc., with expertise in exploration geology focused on geothermal resources in the Western USA. Wiggins has experience in magnetotellurics surveying, spring and well site brine sampling, and geologic mapping, as well as data compilation and analysis of geothermal and petroleum well logs. Previously, Wiggins served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Fellow at The University of Alabama, where research centered on 3D modeling of geothermal fields and mentoring students. Other internships included roles at the Idaho National Laboratory, where Wiggins focused on non-technical barriers to geothermal energy production, and UA SafeState, concentrating on source pollution reduction in the food and beverage industry. Wiggins holds a Master of Science in Geology and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Geology from The University of Alabama.
