Brent Proulx

Brent Proulx is currently the Global Director of Organizational Development at Ormat Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include leading initiatives in Leader Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Training, Coaching, Mentoring, and DEI&B. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Select Medical, where Brent led HR initiatives around onboarding, L&D, and culture alignment, as well as an Innovation Consultant at Econic, LLC, focusing on Change Agility training. Brent also served as a Leadership Consultant at Talent Plus, Inc., and held positions in organizational development at MSI Systems Integrators, Kenexa, and Mutual of Omaha. Education includes a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from North Dakota State University.
