Maya Peker

Maya Peker has over 20 years of experience in various roles in procurement and strategic buying. Maya is currently working as the Procurement and Indirect Purchasing Team Lead at Ormat Technologies, Inc. Since joining Menolead-Herut Systems in 2016, they have held the positions of Sourcing Manager and Tendering Engineer. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Strategic Buyer at BrightSource Industries Israel (formerly Luz2) from 2010 to 2016. Maya's career began at Intel in 2000, where they served as a Senior Project Buyer for over a decade.

Maya Peker completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1994 to 1998. In 2012, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Mediation from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2010, they also obtained an Associate's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Tel Aviv and Central Israel Chamber of Commerce.
