Andoni Ranz Hermosilla has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on purchasing and procurement. Andoni started their career as a Montador de Redes de Telecomunicaciones at SET Telecom in 1998. Andoni then worked as a Comprador at Schneider Electric from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Ericsson as a Compras & Aprovisionamiento specialist. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Responsable de Compras at ASSL/POLSA. Andoni then became the Resposable de Logística at ODS from 2004 to 2005. Andoni joined Ormazabal in 2005 and held several roles, including Purchasing Commodity Manager and Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) Director de Compras Ormazabal. In their current role, they are leading the implementation of a Purchases Platform in Asia and developing a strong local team to reduce manufacturing costs. Andoni has extensive experience in managing purchasing volumes and developing supplier strategies.

Andoni Ranz Hermosilla attended EUITI de Bilbao from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2004 and 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Logistic Integrity (Supply Chain Management) at Marketing & Finanzas. Andoni also completed an Executive Education program in Advanced Purchasing Management at Marketing & Finanzas in 2001. Andoni attended Hull High School in Georgia, USA from 1990 to 1991. Additionally, they received training in Direct Management Skills for Technicians (Management and Leadership) at iiR in 2012 and International Market Analysis for Purchasing at AERCE in 2011.
