David Flores Martín

David Flores Martín has a diverse and extensive work experience in the energy industry. David started their career at Ormazabal in 2000 as an R&D Engineer and later served as the Technical Support & After Sales Manager. In 2006, they joined Grupo Ormazabal as the Marketing Development Manager and also took on the role of Smart Grids & Electric Vehicle Project Leader. David returned to Ormazabal in 2011 as the Managing Director for Ormazabal Mexico and served as the Regional Director for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. David further advanced in their career, becoming the Director of Renewables Latin America before assuming their current position as the Managing Director for Asia & Middle East since January 2019. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated a strong leadership role across various regions and has gained expertise in the energy sector.

David Flores Martín completed a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering and Project Development at IFP School (Institut Français du Pétrole) from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Energy from Bilbao School of Engineering between 1993 and 1999. Later, in 2005-2006, they pursued an MBA Executive with a focus on Marketing at ESIC Business&Marketing School.
