Crystal Howard

Crystal Howard currently serves as the North America Sales Director for Special Markets at Ormco, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Crystal was a Commercial Leadership Learning Executive at GE HealthCare for a brief tenure in 2024. From March 2019 to January 2024, Crystal worked at Align Technology, advancing through several roles, including General Manager for the Northwest US Commercial and Area Sales Director for the Pacific Northwest. Crystal's career commenced at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc., where leadership was demonstrated as District Business Manager and Senior Territory Business Manager, managing extensive sales teams and achieving significant sales targets. Crystal's early experience includes a role as Major Account Manager at Cintas, focusing on business development in competitive markets.
