Mike Tibbits

Mike Tibbits is an experienced educator and national expert in enrichment programs, currently serving as the Head of Enrichment at Droitwich Spa High School and Sixth Form Centre since September 2012. In this role, Mike leads a comprehensive range of enrichment activities for over 1200 students aged 12-18, focusing on strategic direction and equitable access. Additionally, Mike holds multiple positions within Ormiston Academies Trust, including National Lead Practitioner for Enrichment and Outdoor Education Adviser, where responsibilities include the development of educational visit policies and providing support for coordinators. Mike's academic background includes a Master of Education degree and a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Medicinal Chemistry, both earned at the University of Exeter.
