Fred Swart

Fred Swart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management development, leadership training, and coaching. As the owner of KeuzeKracht since March 2011, Fred has effectively guided organizations in identifying development needs and implementing management development programs. In addition to current roles as a change expert, trainer, and coach at NAASTKUNDE®️ and senior consultant at Ormit Talent Nederland, Fred has previously held senior positions at Van den Broek & Partners, where training programs in management and personal development were established, and Exact Software, overseeing the learning and development curriculum. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
