Teresa O. Lipcsey

Teresa O. Lipcsey, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Finance & Accounting at Orna Therapeutics since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Wave Life Sciences from September 2021 to May 2025 and Vice President and Corporate Controller at Axogen from July 2019 to September 2021. Teresa held the position of Vice President of Finance at SomaLogic, where significant advances in proteomics technology were achieved, as well as at Invisible Sentinel, Inc., and BBDx, where leadership in financial practices and controls was emphasized during challenging periods. Earlier positions include Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer at Immunicon Corporation and Corporate Controller at Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc., following a foundation in accounting as a Senior Reporting Analyst at Autotote Corporation. Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland, completing studies in 1988.
