James Dors

James Dors has extensive experience in the aviation industry. James began their career at Boeing of Canada DeHavilland Division as a Flight Line Engineer, where they gained experience in flight test engineering. James then worked at Canada 3000 Airlines Limited as a Line Engineer and Senior Maintenance Duty Manager, responsible for troubleshooting various aircraft systems. James later joined USA 3000 Airlines as a Senior Management Consultant, where they reviewed and improved the policies and procedures of the maintenance department. James also worked at Cargojet Airways Limited as a Senior Maintenance Control Engineer, overseeing the setup of the company's freighter aircraft operation. James has also held positions at Skyservice Airlines, CaseBank Technologies Inc., Flightline Training Services, Bombardier Aerospace, Maintenance Synergies, and Ornge. Throughout their career, they have focused on instructional course development, knowledgebase development, operator reliability analysis, and aircraft defect rectification. James is the author of the instructional book "Analytical and Strategic Troubleshooting In Aircraft Maintenance" and has provided instructional courses based on its content.
