Audrey Gillessen

Audrey GILLESSEN has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Audrey currently serves as an Actionnaire at Time for the Planet since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Ornikar from March 2020 onwards. Earlier in their career, Audrey worked as a Legal Counsel & Contracts Manager at Avnet from March 2016 to March 2020, where they were responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing business contracts for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Before that, they worked as an Avocat at Dugardyn & Partners Lawfirm, where their main areas of focus were commercial law, travel law, real estate, telecommunications, and intellectual property, among others. Audrey also gained experience as a Legal and administrative analyst at Darts-ip, where they contributed to the development of a database of European intellectual property case law. Additionally, Audrey worked as a Trainee in fiscal law at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick and as an Administrative assistant at Conseil d'Etat Belgique.

Audrey Gillesse received their primary and secondary education from the European School of Brussels from 1989 to 2004. Audrey then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at the Université libre de Bruxelles from 2004 to 2010. In 2014, they enrolled in the Barreau de Bruxelles to obtain their qualification for membership to the bar. In 2016, Audrey completed their professional training at Barreau de Paris to obtain an equivalence in law.
