Romane Grégoire

Romane Grégoire has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having served in various roles in the field, most notably as Lead Talent Acquisition Manager & Employer Branding at Ornikar from February 2022 to January 2024. Previously, Romane worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ornikar, and held similar positions at Business and Engineering Solutions (B.E.S.) and Fuse Engineering. Additionally, Romane has a background in project management from Smart Media Agency and recruitment consulting at Real Staffing. Romane holds a Master’s degree in Multilingual Communication and HR from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Master’s degree in Multidisciplinary Translation from UMONS.
