Marsha Garcia

Marsha Garcia, M.Ed, currently serves as Vice President of Strategy, Culture & Engagement at ORNL Federal Credit Union. Previously, Marsha held the position of Assistant Vice President for Mortgage Strategic Initiatives & Analytics at VyStar Credit Union, where a focus on data-driven insights led to optimized operations and enhanced decision-making. Marsha's experience includes advocating for service members and veterans as a Military Veteran Case Manager with the USO, as well as various roles in the United States Air Force, including Training Specialist and Director of Education and Training, where significant savings and efficiencies were achieved. Marsha holds a Master of Education in Instruction and Teaching from Trident University International and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
