Michael Brunson

Michael Brunson's work experience includes serving as the VP of Finance at Ornua Ingredients North America since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at HAVI from 2008 to 2018, where they held the role of Senior Director in the Controllers Group with global responsibilities. Michael also served as the CFO at VJI: Natural Ingredient Solutions from 2004 to 2008 and as the Director of Planning and Analysis at HAVI from 2002 to 2004. Before that, they worked as the Controller at Meteorlogix in 2001 and as the Director of Business Development at Plainwell Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Michael began their career at Koch Industries, where they worked as the Manager of Yield Accounting and Analyses from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Special Projects at Viskase Corporation from 1990 to 1998. Michael started their career as a Senior Auditor at Accenture in 1986 and served in the United States Air Force as an E4 Sergeant Cryptographic Equipment and Systems Technician from 1978 to 1982.

Michael Brunson has a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Michael also holds an MBA degree in Finance/Policy Studies (Strategy) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. In addition, they have a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation & Licensing, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
