Currently serving as the Talent Development Lead for North America at Ornua since September 2023, Sara has held roles as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at both Ducommun Incorporated and Ahern from October 2022 to September 2023 and January 2017 to October 2022, respectively. Expertise includes leading strategic HR initiatives for a nationwide workforce, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating on talent management practices. Additional experience encompasses various HR positions at Faith Technologies, Inc., and a diverse background in business management from roles at Downtown Designs, LLC, and KidStage. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an Associate degree in Hospitality Management from Fox Valley Technical College.
