Lisa Melody

Lisa Melody has a extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Lisa is currently working at Ornua as the Global Head of Talent, where they are responsible for driving high performance culture, employee engagement, talent and succession planning, and leadership development. Prior to this, Lisa worked in various positions at AIB, including Head of Organisation Effectiveness and Head of Talent & Resourcing. Lisa also has experience working at Nortel Networks and Friends First in HR and recruitment roles. Lisa has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, organization effectiveness, performance management, and culture change programs.

Lisa Melody received their Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Studies with French from Ulster University in 1993. Lisa then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Strathclyde from 1993 to 1994.
