Thomas Allen is an experienced Head of Product Innovation at Ornua, specializing in the food production industry. With a robust background in catering, retail, and fast-moving consumer goods, Thomas has held several leadership roles, including Head of Product Development at The Handmade Food Co. and Executive Development Chef at Buckingham Foods. Thomas co-founded Magee St Bakery, a successful venture focused on high-quality, locally sourced food, before transitioning to various positions across the industry, including Innovation Lead at Greencore. Thomas holds a BA Hons in Graphic Communications from Loughborough University.
