Mary Spivey

Mary Spivey currently serves as an Instructional Coordinator at Oro Grande School District, where responsibilities include training teachers in early literacy, classroom management, and providing individualized coaching. Prior experience includes serving as an Induction Agency Representative, where collaboration with the Riverside County Office of Education involved leading induction mentors and coordinating training for teachers in various educational skills. Additionally, Mary has experience as a Teacher, specializing in lesson design, data analysis, and classroom management, as well as overseeing an after-school program as a coordinator. Mary holds a CA Preliminary Administrative Services Credential in Educational Leadership and has earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with a Bachelor's Degree from California State University-San Marcos and an Associate's Degree from San Diego Community College.
