Rachael Ulman is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in retail and consumer strategy consulting. As the Founder and Managing Partner of 27 Edge since June 2018, Rachael has focused on growth strategy, marketing optimization, and digital transformation for various clients, including Away. Rachael also serves as a Venture Partner at Elizabeth Street Ventures, concentrating on early-stage investments in digital consumer brands. Board involvement includes roles with Solarcore® and previously with GREATS during its acquisition by Steve Madden, Ltd. Rachael's extensive background includes senior leadership positions at Amazon and Walmart eCommerce, alongside strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company and experience in marketing roles at Publicis and Leo Burnett.
