Kaela Phillips

Kaela Phillips is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the fashion and graphic design industries. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at OrotonGroup since May 2021, Kaela previously held positions as a RTW and Accessories Designer at CAMILLA AND MARC and a Category Manager at Scanlan Theodore. Kaela began a fashion career with internships at prestigious brands Oscar de la Renta and Vera Wang. Earlier roles included Graphic Designer at Mimco, where Kaela contributed to various brand projects, and a brief tenure as a Graphic Designer at Mecca Cosmetica. Kaela's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Communication Design (Hons) in Graphic Design from RMIT University.
