Antoine Vens

Antoine Vens currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ORPEA since July 2018, overseeing financial operations in Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia, building and leading the financial and accounting team, and providing strategic insights to the regional CEO. Prior experience includes being Finance Manager at ORPEA for Brazil and Uruguay, where financial reporting and budget management were key responsibilities. Antoine Vens also held the position of Financial Controller at SIS Group, managing financial reporting and financing solutions for various business activities across Europe and Latin America. Earlier roles included Cost Controller, Financial Analyst in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity Intern, and Planning & Performance Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Antoine Vens holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from emlyon business school and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from IÉSEG School of Management.
