Michael Chung

Michael Chung is an accomplished professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as VP of US Sales and Marketing at Orphalan since January 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Ipsen as Head of Commercial and Launch Excellence for the Rare Disease Franchise, and at CureVac AG as Senior Director of New Product Planning. Michael has a strong background in global marketing, having held various positions at GE, Shire, and Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities spanned across specialty areas such as cell therapy and rare diseases. Michael began a career in sales with tenure at Alcon Laboratories and Janssen-Ortho. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark and a BS in Biology from Lafayette College.
