Orr, Dignam & Co was established in Pakistan in 1952. The Firm has its origins in a firm of the same name that was established in British India over 100 years ago. Orr, Dignam & Co. is among the largest firms of Advocates in Pakistan, with offices in Karachi and Islamabad. Orr, Dignam is privileged to represent a wide cross section of clients in the public and private sectors. These include both national and multinational clients.

Orr, Dignam’s Civil and Commercial Law practice focuses on corporate and company law, oil and gas, energy (petroleum, gas and electrical power) law, infrastructure projects, corporate finance, construction laws, banking, insurance law, privatization and restructuring matters, commercial contracts, foreign investment laws, information technology and computer law, mergers and acquisitions, maritime and aviation law and charities and NGO laws. Orr, Dignam also handles an active and varied civil litigation portfolio in the High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

The Firm acted as correspondent in Pakistan for the Business Group Newsletter of LAWASIA and International Construction Law Review. Members of the Firm have lectured and contributed papers to meetings of LAWASIA, the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
