James Behrend

James Behrend serves as the Executive Vice President at Orr Partners, LLC, since November 2004, leading significant industrial, marine, and manufacturing projects totaling over 3 million square feet and $2.3 billion for GD Electric Boat. Prior to this role, James held the position of Program Manager / Sr. Project Manager at Heery International from 1994 to 2004, where James was the lead project manager for the $120 million Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation Headquarters and managed a 1 million square foot facility. Additionally, from 1997 to 1999, James worked as Project Development Manager at HCR ManorCare, overseeing the development and construction of assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Engineering from The George Washington University.
