Alessandra Grace

Alessandra Grace is a Senior Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, specializing in M&A, project development, and general corporate matters for clients in the energy sector since September 2016. Previously, Alessandra served as Editor in Chief for the Houston Law Review from February 2015 to May 2016 and worked as a Paralegal Specialist in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from August 2011 to August 2013. Alessandra holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center (2013-2016) and an AB in Political Science and Arabic from Bryn Mawr College (2007-2011), with additional studies in Arabic and Political Science at The American University in Cairo and Alexandria University in 2009.
