Behnam Dayanim

Behnam Dayanim has extensive work experience in the legal field. Behnam is currently a partner and the Global Head of Digital Commerce and Gaming at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since November 2022. Prior to this, from October 2012 to November 2022, they were a partner at Paul Hastings LLP, where they served as the chair of Advertising, Gaming & Promotions and co-chair of Privacy & Cybersecurity practices. Before that, they worked at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP from 2010 to 2012 as a partner and co-chair of the Litigation and Regulatory Group, specializing in regulatory compliance, internal and regulatory investigations, and litigation. Additionally, they had the role of editor for the Gaming Law Review at IMGL from 2007 to 2012. Behnam'scareer started at Paul Hastings LLP as a partner from 1994 to 2010.

Behnam Dayanim earned their J.D. degree from Harvard Law School from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained their B.A. from Yeshiva University, completing their studies from 1985 to 1989.
