Greg Heibel

Greg Heibel is a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where involvement in the Emerging Companies practice group focuses on advising emerging and public technology companies, venture capital firms, and other technology investors. Greg's practice encompasses the formation, financing, and general corporate counseling of rapidly growing technology companies, as well as representing venture capital firms and investors in private and public offerings and complex transactions. Prior experience includes roles at Heller Ehrman as an attorney in the Venture Law Group and at Venture Law Group itself. Greg Heibel holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a JD from Cornell Law School, along with a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Education also includes a tenure at the University of Oxford.
