Jessa Kilgore

Jessa Kilgore currently serves as HR Systems Manager at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since October 2017. With extensive experience in human resources information management, Jessa has held key roles including Corporate Secretary and Acting Treasurer at IHRIM, and Co-Managing Editor of "Workforce Solutions Review." Previous positions include HRIS Practice Lead at NicemTech, Director of HR Technology at G&W Laboratories, and Director of HRIS at Advantage Care Physicians. Jessa has led numerous implementations of various HR systems, such as Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft HRMS, and has consulted for notable clients including Alexion Pharmaceutical and Credit Suisse. Education includes a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Rochester.
