John Harrison

John Harrison is a Partner in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law for high growth technology companies and venture capital firms since August 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate/M&A Associate at Latham & Watkins, where representation focused on M&A transactions and corporate law for public and private companies from October 2013 to July 2017. Earlier roles include Corporate Associate positions at Jones Day and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP, where John managed M&A transactions and financing negotiations. Before entering corporate law, John gained experience in sports law as a paralegal and intern.
