Kathryn Montalvo

Kathryn Montalvo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Practice Manager at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since July 2006, Kathryn has also held roles as TCG Operations Manager and Analyst, as well as Senior Corporate Paralegal at the same firm. Since 2020, Kathryn has contributed as a Steering Committee Member for the Open Cap Table Coalition. Prior to this, Kathryn was a Senior Paralegal at Venture Law Group from 1994 to 2004. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1987 and 1991.
