Katie Balestrieri

Katie Balestrieri has worked in various roles in the field of Human Resources and lawyer development. Katie started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in 1998, where they worked until 2002. Katie then joined Clifford Chance US LLP as a Regional Human Resources Manager from 2002 to 2007. In 2008, they moved to Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where they initially served as a Lawyer Development/HR Manager until 2011. Katie later became the Global Head of Benefits and Compensation in the same organization.

Katie Balestrieri earned a BS degree in Psychology and Business from Santa Clara University, where they attended from 1989 to 1993.
