Neel Lilani has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Neel began their career as a Law Clerk at REW & Associates in 2003. Neel later worked as a General Manager at Aquafit Inc. from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Senior Business Strategy Analyst before moving on to Robert Half International as a Senior Legal Client Specialist in 2007. During their time there, they negotiated contracts with Fortune 500 companies and had revenue implications of over $120 million. In 2012, they became the Manager of Business Development at Fenwick & West, where they focused on expanding the firm's client base and building relationships in the technology business community. In 2014, they worked as a Client Development Executive at DLA Piper, where they focused on technology and venture capital markets. Since 2016, they have been associated with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where they initially served as a Managing Director and is currently the Global Head - Technology Clients. In addition to their legal career, Neel has also served in various board member positions at Watermark HOA, La Chaine des Rotisseurs, and La Scuola Internazionale di San Francisco.

Neel Lilani completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001. Neel then pursued further education at Suffolk University Law School from 2002 to 2006, earning a JD/MBA degree with a focus on International Business. In the same period, they also attended Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, where they obtained an MBA/JD degree in International Business.
